Atlanta, GA, February 6, 2025: The brand launch of Disha, a jewelry brand by Priya Dharmendran, took place at Reflections Banquet in Cumming, GA, on February 2, 2025 bringing together jewelry enthusiasts, fashion lovers, and business leaders for an elegant celebration. The event, which also doubled as a Customer Appreciation Day, was a grand success, featuring a fashion show, raffle gifts, and exclusive jewelry deals.
Priya, in her inaugural speech, spoke passionately about her journey. She described Disha as a labor of love, emphasizing that jewelry has always been more than just a business, it’s her passion. She shared that her jewelry has been showcased in numerous fashion shows across America, helping her establish a strong presence in the industry. Priya also revealed that the name “Disha” was thoughtfully derived from the names of her two daughters, adding a deeply personal touch to the brand.

She took a moment to acknowledge Anusmita Bardhan, an Atlanta-based fashion designer and the owner of Oitijhyo – The Tradition fashion boutique, for playing a pivotal role in her journey. Priya credited Anusmita for providing her exposure to major fashion shows, which ultimately paved the way for Disha’s success.
A major highlight of the event was the launch of D Media Makers, a media company founded by Divya Baddela that exclusively creates AI-generated images and videos. This cutting-edge company was responsible for Disha’s marketing campaign, producing an innovative promotional video that premiered at the event. The unveiling of the video marked the official launch of Disha in Atlanta, setting a new standard for AI-powered marketing in the jewelry industry.

The fashion show was one of the most anticipated segments of the event, with models gracing the runway, adorned in Disha’s latest jewelry collection. The designs reflected a blend of contemporary elegance and traditional craftsmanship, captivating the audience and leaving a lasting impression.
Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, the event’s food was generously sponsored by Desi District and Nilgiris cafe, treating guests to authentic flavors, making the evening even more memorable.
