Atlanta, GA: Georgia Trend magazine recently named Ani Agnihotri, Founder/Managing Partner, U.S. India Business and Research Center (USIBRC) on its annual list of Notable Georgians. Agnihotri, who has appeared on the list for the third year in a row, is also the only Indian-American to be featured this year. The list includes 69 distinguished business and community leaders.
Georgia Trend is a magazine of state business, politics and economic development. The list, as is the annual tradition, appeared in its January 2013 issue. Among the names in each category are representatives from education, health care, public administration, politicians, business owners, CEOs and nonprofit directors.
In an email note to this newspaper, Agnihotri expressed gratitude for being named a Notable Georgian. “In January 2011, Georgia Trend magazine had named me as one of the 100 Most Influential Georgians for the work done by USIBRC to promote USA and India business, he added.
