Shah is the founder and CEO of South Asian Trailblazers, a media platform, podcast, and talent agency dedicated to amplifying the careers of South Asians.
Through her platform, Shah has created a powerful space for South Asian leaders, innovators, and changemakers. With an audience spanning 146 countries, her podcast and online content have featured over 100 influential South Asians, including Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal, Novartis CEO Vas Narasimhan, and San Francisco 49ers President Paraag Marathe.
Beyond digital content, South Asian Trailblazers has built a thriving community, facilitating networking and professional growth among South Asian leaders. The initiative hosts live podcast recordings, exclusive dinners, and industry-focused gatherings across New York City, Washington D.C., San Francisco, and London. The platform also organizes mixers tied to major events such as New York Tech Week.
Shah’s company extends its impact through a talent agency arm, booking speaking engagements and consulting services for top organizations, including McKinsey, Flatiron Health, and Proskauer LLP. By bridging the gap between emerging South Asian talent and established industry professionals, she is fostering a strong and connected community.
