Atlanta,GA, January 9, 2019: ‘27th Investments Miss Bharat USA 2018′ beauty pageant was held in Atlanta on December 9, 2018. The show was held at the Duluth Wildcat Theatre from 4 PM to 10 PM. It was a pageant for women’s empowerment organized by Anand Entertainment in partnership with MyDream Entertainment, a New Jersey-based Entertainment company, and in association with 27th Investment and Time Startz Entertainment. It was a national level event with participants from all over the United States competing for the titles of Miss Bharat USA 2018, Mrs. Bharat USA 2018, Miss Teen Bharat USA 208, M. Teen Bharat USA 2018, Mr. Bharat USA 2018, and Grandmom USA 2018.
The event featured Bollywood celebrities Nargis Fakhri who crowned the winners. Besides, there was a famous model Aryan Vaid, and Tollywood actress Aaditi Agrawal. The judges were politician Tricia Pridemore of the Public Service Commission, style icon Isha Damani, actress Leena Joshi, Nisha Khandelwal of Atlanta Dunia and four others.
The much-coveted title of Miss Bharat 2018 went to Roshni Aravindakshan, an MBA graduate from the University of Toledo, Ohio. A cash prize of $1000 was given to the winner of Miss Bharat, and $500 was given to the Miss Teen USA.

The Miss Bharat USA 2018 category winner is Roshni Aravindakshan, first runner-up is Kapila Agrawal and second runner-up is Sanjana Uppaluri. Mrs. Bharat USA 2018 category winner is Rachana Dube Mishra, first runner-up is Rupali Dadwal, and second runner-up is Abhiruchi Jain. Mrs. Bharat Classic USA 2018 category winner is Vrishali Deshpande Angara, first, the runner-up is Konjit Mucchala, and second runner-up is Sharmishta Ganguly. Miss Teen Bharat USA 2018 category winner is Crystal Favorito, first runner-up is Vidushi Shrivastava, and second runner-up is Sagarika Thesam. Mr. Teen Bharat USA 2018 category winner is Jay Rawal. Mr. Bharat USA 2018 category winner is Rexon Raj, first runner-up Ketan Agashi, and second runner-up is Nitish Singh, Iqbal Faheem Sayyed.
Company CEO & Organizer Rashmi Bedi and Janak Bedi said in a press release that this show was one of the biggest in the Indian beauty pageants industry with 6 Categories and 52 contestants. Many premier media outlets were present to cover the event : Parikh World Media, publisher of Desi Talk and ITVGold, along with Aajtak, Sony TV, TV Asia TV5, Mana TV Group, India Abroad and Indian Express.
According to the organizers the event is not just about celebrating Indian beauty, but also about women’s empowerment. The chief aim is to showcase the talents and skills of participants from all across the states and keeping the legacy of Indian culture alive. Many people worked tirelessly to make this event a great success. Chief among them is the gorgeous Bhavana Anand of the Anand entertainment, Anil Damani of 27th Investments, Ved Bhatia of Time-Startz Entertainment and Rashmi Bedi & Janak Bedi of MyDreams Entertainment.
Bhavana Anand, the founder of Anand Entertainment, has been instrumental in bringing this event in Atlanta. Anand Entertainment has become a premier destination for Bollywood shows and events in the southeast. They brought Geeta Kapoor in 2017 for the dance fever competition, followed by the dance workshop by Dharmesh Yolande, Love in Concert by Shaan, and the blockbuster AR Rehman musical extravaganza.
