First chartered scientist in aviation Dr. Bishnujee Singh featured in Limca Book of Records 2023

Atlanta, GA, February 23, 2023: Limca Book of Records 2023 published by Hachette and owned by Coca Cola has featured Dr. Bishnujee Singh, Chief Executive Officer of Cayley Aerospace Inc from Lynnwood, Washington, USA for becoming the World’s First Chartered Scientist in Aviation with Science Council, UK in association with Royal Aeronautical Society, London.

Dr. Singh is the first of 3 Chartered Scientists to be ever licensed in Aviation History under RAeS, London on September 26, 2006.

“Thanks to Hachette Publishing group for the Limca Book of Record 2023 and I do hope that it will inspire a current and future generation of students, engineers, and professionals in various fields who come from various scientific backgrounds,” Dr Singh told NRI Pulse. “This will remain there in the record for generations inspiring the public. There is no substitute for academics in our life.”

Dr. Singh has been Chief Executive Officer of Cayley Aerospace Inc for the past decade in Pacific North West US. He was instrumental in the Design, Development, and Certification of the Longest range and Extended Range First 777-200LR and 777-300ER Airplanes considered to be the safest Commercial Airplanes in the Aviation Industry.

Dr. Singh has been a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, London recognized for outstanding contribution to Aerospace Industry for the past 3 decades. He holds a Doctor of Science DSc from Aztec University for his Research work on US Air Force Helicopter Aeroelastic Analysis on Tandem Rotor Jets manufactured in 1927. This Research Work has been Top ranked premier position by SSRN, The Netherlands for Elsevier Publisher in Aeronautics and Aerodynamics for the past 20 years. His research work on

Experiment on Turbocharger Compressor Acoustics has focused on reducing noise in Aerospace and Automobile vehicles bringing them in compliance with environmental regulation has been awarded Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering by IIC University of Technology and is widely recognized for research work focused on environmental regulation.

Dr. Bishnujee Singh was conferred with British Cayley Award 2003 as recognition for 2nd Generation Pioneers in Aviation by the Royal Aeronautical Society, London jointly awarded by the Confederation of British Aerospace Industries.

Dr. Singh has a decade of Research papers publication to his credit ranging from Aerospace Engineering, mechanical and management disciplines.

Dr. Singh has been conferred as Highly Commended Plant Engineer of the Year 2012 by the Society of Operation Engineers, United Kingdom.

Currently, he is also a Fellow of Engineers Australia by President’s Invitation, a Professional Engineer Expert with AIPE , Spain, and a Senior Engineer Member with Ordem Dos Engenheiros, Portugal besides being a Chartered Engineer with Engineering Council, London in association with IMechE and RAeS, London.

Dr. Singh has been an Aeronautical Engineering Graduate from The Aeronautical Society of India and a Master’s Degree holder in Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, England.


Dr. Singh has carried out Management research on “Challenges in Management of Aerospace Corporation with the ever-changing dynamics of the Aviation Industry in the United States” which has received a Washington Government Grant and has been awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Management for the research contribution.
