JITO Atlanta Entrepreneurs Share Lessons on Building Businesses, Trust and Lasting Success

Atlanta, GA, October 22, 2026: Three accomplished entrepreneurs shared insights from decades of business experience at Journey to Success – 4: Learn from Experience, an interactive event organized by the Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) USA Atlanta chapter on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The event featured entrepreneurs Mahendra Bapna, Shirish Gandhi, and Deepak Shah, who reflected on their professional journeys, the challenges they encountered, and the lessons that helped shape their success. Rajen Sheth guided the discussion, drawing out practical advice for aspiring entrepreneurs, business professionals, and the next generation of leaders.

A recurring theme throughout the conversation was the importance of building trust. The speakers emphasized that successful businesses are built not merely on products or profits, but on consistently delivering what they promise. Quality, value, reliable service, and a commitment to customers, they noted, are essential to earning a strong reputation and sustaining a business over time.

The entrepreneurs also highlighted the role of relationships in professional growth. Networking, cultivating meaningful connections, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and business associates were identified as important ingredients for long-term success.

Another key takeaway was the need to remain curious and adaptable in a rapidly changing business environment. The speakers encouraged entrepreneurs to embrace lifelong learning and explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.

The discussion also touched on the importance of taking calculated risks and recognizing opportunities, even in challenging circumstances. Rather than viewing setbacks and failures as obstacles, the entrepreneurs encouraged participants to treat them as valuable learning experiences that can lead to new possibilities.

Drawing on their own experiences, Bapna, Gandhi, and Shah offered a broader message about entrepreneurship: success is not a single achievement but an ongoing journey of learning, perseverance, innovation, and personal growth.

The event also underscored the value of experienced business leaders sharing their knowledge with younger professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs. Such exchanges, organizers emphasized, can help the next generation approach business challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and purpose.

JITO is a global organization dedicated to economic empowerment, education, ethical business practices, and social development. Through networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration, it seeks to create opportunities for entrepreneurs, professionals, and communities to grow together.

The organization’s Atlanta chapter carries forward this mission by bringing together business leaders, professionals, and community members through educational and networking initiatives.

Organizers thanked the speakers, attendees, sponsors, partners, and volunteers for their contributions to the event.

The Journey to Success series reflects the chapter’s guiding philosophy: Learn. Connect. Inspire. Grow Together.
