AKMG Georgia chapter donates $4000 to Atlanta Food Bank

Atlanta, GA, February 17, 2023: AKMG (Association of Kerala Medical Graduates), Georgia chapter donated $4006 dollars today to Atlanta Food Bank. This donation will provide over 16000 underprivileged people in and around Atlanta.

“We are thankful to all AKMG members who contributed to this very noble gesture. This is our 3rd year of contribution to ATL community,” Dr. Subrahmanya Bhat, Director, GA Chapter said.

Originally named “Alumni Association of Kerala Medical Colleges in North America” in 1980, the current name “Association of Kerala Medical Graduates ” was adopted in 1984. The Georgia chapter of AKMG was established in 2019.
