Silicon Valley Investor Asha Jadeja Motwani Donates Over $5 Million to Pro-Trump Super PAC

NRI PULSE STAFF REPORT

Palo Alto, CA, January 4, 2026: Indian-American Silicon Valley investor Asha Jadeja Motwani has emerged as one of the largest diaspora contributors in the current U.S. election cycle, donating more than $5 million to MAGA Inc., a super PAC that supports former President Donald Trump, according to publicly available campaign finance records.

Federal Election Commission filings show that Motwani contributed approximately $5.1 million to MAGA Inc. during the ongoing election cycle, placing her among the super PAC’s top individual donors. The contributions were disclosed in mandatory filings submitted to the Federal Election Commission.

MAGA Inc., formally known as Make America Great Again Inc., is a super PAC established in 2022 to support Trump’s presidential bid. Under U.S. election law, super PACs are permitted to raise unlimited funds from individuals but are prohibited from coordinating directly with a candidate’s campaign.

Motwani is a well-known venture capitalist and technology investor based in Palo Alto, California. She is associated with the Motwani Jadeja Foundation, which focuses on entrepreneurship, education, and U.S.–India collaboration in technology and innovation.

Her contribution stands out both for its size and for its prominence within the Indian-American community, which has traditionally leaned Democratic in voting and political donations. The filings confirm the amount and recipient of the donation but do not provide information on Motwani’s motivations or any public statement from her regarding the contribution.
