BY JYOTHSNA HEGDE

Atlanta, GA, May 9, 2019: Seeing is believing, they say. At a recent press meet for the fundraiser HeartNotes 2019, it was hard to believe what we saw, when a 12-year-old identified colors, sentences and beyond with blindfolded eyes- a unique ability developed through concentrated efforts in Heartfulness meditation programs such as BrighterMinds. To learn more, be sure to register and attend The HeartNotes 2019, HELP our youth Fundraising Gala to be held on June 2nd between 12 pm – 3pm at the Signature Ballroom in Suwanee.

The press meet was organized on March 31st by Heartfulness Meditation Atlanta which is hosting the gala fundraiser.

The gala will feature successful meditation programs HELP and BrighterMinds, a keynote speech by Bollywood star Radhika Apte, and stand-up act by Omi Vaidya. The event will be anchored by Neha Negandhi and Rajan Sheth. Heroes from Atlanta communities and other NGOs will be honored. There will also be a silent auction and gourmet lunch.

“Suicide is the leading cause of death among Indian youth and the second leading cause of death among college students in the US. HELP addresses these issues through reactive and proactive interventions,” said Sanjay Sehgal, Atlanta in charge of Heartfulness Medication.

HELP (Heartfulness – Experience Life’s Potential) is an outreach program, developed by The Heartfulness Education Trust, that teaches holistic coping / life-skills in a balanced way directly to students and teachers. “The 16-week certificate course for intermediate students equips them with life skills integrating experiential Heartfulness-based meditation techniques. State governments in India have acknowledged benefits of HELP in addressing stress levels and suicidal tendencies among its students. It is the largest program of its kind in India, influencing 331,921 students in 1500 schools in the states of AP, TN, GU, and UP,” added Sehgal.

Brighter Minds, a training program designed for kids, based on extensive research on neuroplasticity and brain wave entrainment to explore the areas of intuition and sensory substitution/Augmentation, aims to enhance their cognitive foundation elements such as focus, observation, comprehension, intuition, memory retention, empathy and confidence, amongst others. Brighter Minds spans across 13 countries with more than 500 learning centers, 800 trainers and 15000 children trained.

While the outcomes may vary depending on various factors, the demo at the press meet, where Laxman read of lines written by each of the audience simply by touching them with his hands and even from a novel handed to him while blindfolded, left the audience astonished.

“I imagine a black board and when my eyes are closed. And when I touch/feel the words, I can actually see them,” said Laxman.

Blind folded seeing is a fraud. I have written enough and more about it. Yet people refuse to see reason. Just check on these.http://nirmukta.com/2010/06/23/exposing-the-miracle-of-blindfolded-sight-the-story-of-ranjana-agarwal/

Yet people refuse to see reason.
Why don’t you just think whether it is possible for any one to see without light falling on the retina? The children are trained to lie.
