Endangered Missing Person Alert Issued for 25-Year-Old Kugen Chinniah

Philadelphia, PA, December 11, 2025: The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kugen Chinniah, a 25-year-old man who has been reported missing and is considered an endangered individual.

According to police, Chinniah was last seen on Friday, November 28, 2025, at approximately 2:33 p.m. in the 2000 block of North Leithgow Street in Philadelphia. Authorities say he was driving a gray Hyundai Sonata bearing Pennsylvania license plate KSA-0938 at the time.

Chinniah is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, white polo shirt, tan pants, and white sneakers.

Police have not released details about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance but have classified the case as an endangered missing person, indicating concern for his safety.

Publicly available professional information indicates that Chinniah is an AI strategy and mergers-and-acquisitions consultant at KPMG, according to his LinkedIn profile. He is a graduate of Temple University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering between 2018 and 2022.

As of publication, authorities have not announced any confirmed sightings or updates on his whereabouts.
