Mumbai, India, March 27, 2026: The spy action thriller Dhurandhar: The Revenge, directed by Aditya Dhar, has crossed ₹1,088 crore in worldwide box office collections within its first week of release, according to a press statement issued by its producers, Jio Studios and B62 Studios.
The studios said the film achieved the milestone in eight days, describing it as one of the fastest runs to ₹1,000 crore for an Indian film. The statement also claimed the sequel has recorded strong collections across both domestic and international markets throughout its opening week.
According to the figures released, the film earned ₹690 crore net (₹814 crore gross) in India and ₹274 crore overseas, taking its global gross to ₹1,088 crore.
The producers reported that the film opened with ₹466 crore over its first weekend in India, followed by weekday collections of ₹64 crore on Monday, ₹58 crore on Tuesday, ₹49 crore on Wednesday, and ₹53 crore on Thursday. The studio described the weekday performance as unusually strong compared to typical box office trends.
Dhurandhar: The Revenge follows an elite intelligence operative who is drawn back into action after a covert mission from the past resurfaces, threatening national security. As he tracks a network of international operatives across multiple countries, the film combines high-stakes espionage, political intrigue, and large-scale action sequences, building on the narrative established in its predecessor.
