Buckhead, GA, July 10, 2025: Atlanta-based entrepreneur Raj Sardana has been featured in Forbes’ America’s Richest Immigrants 2025 list, with an estimated net worth of $2 billion. Sardana, founder and CEO of Duluth-headquartered Innova Solutions, is one of 125 foreign-born billionaires residing in the United States—and one of a dozen Indian-origin entrepreneurs who lead this year’s list by country of origin.
According to Forbes, India has overtaken Israel and Taiwan as the top country of origin for U.S. immigrant billionaires in 2025. The list highlights the growing influence of Indian-born entrepreneurs in America’s tech, finance, and healthcare sectors. Cybersecurity magnate Jay Chaudhry, also of Indian origin, tops the list among Indian-American billionaires with a net worth of $17.9 billion.
Sardana’s own journey began in modest circumstances in New Delhi, where he was born in 1960. He came to the U.S. in the early 1980s with only $100 and enrolled at Georgia Tech for a master’s in mechanical engineering, working low-wage jobs to make ends meet. After being laid off from an aerospace job in the early ’90s, he launched several small businesses before founding ACS Solutions (now Innova Solutions) in 1998.
Under his leadership, Innova Solutions has grown into a global enterprise with over 50,000 employees, serving Fortune 500 clients across technology, telecom, and healthcare. Headquartered in metro Atlanta, the company brings billions in revenue and has positioned the region as a key player in the global IT services industry.
Though Forbes does not assign a specific rank to Sardana within the immigrant billionaire group, his $2 billion net worth places him in the middle tier among the Indian-origin billionaires on the list.
A longtime Buckhead resident, Sardana runs Innova as a family enterprise with his wife, Nita, and three children, who all hold executive roles in the company. The family also oversees The Innova Foundation, which supports education and women’s empowerment initiatives.
