Man Accused of Luring Teens Online, Faces 39 Charges

NRI PULSE STAFF REPORT

Vancouver, WA, March 23, 2026: A 32-year-old Vancouver, Washington man has been charged with dozens of serious crimes, including rape and sex trafficking, following an investigation involving multiple underage victims.

Kulvir S. Brar was arrested earlier this month after authorities said he used social media, including Snapchat, to contact teenage girls and allegedly lure them with offers of drugs, alcohol, and access to amenities such as a rooftop pool in exchange for sex.

Police said the investigation began in July 2025. Brar was first taken into custody in December 2025, and additional charges were filed as more alleged victims came forward. Authorities now say he faces at least 39 charges, including first-, second-, and third-degree trafficking, rape-related offenses, child molestation, commercial sexual abuse of a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor, and possession of child sexual abuse material.

Investigators have identified at least eight alleged victims, ranging in age from 14 to 19. Officials say they are concerned there may be more victims, including some as young as 13, and have urged anyone with information to contact law enforcement.

According to reports, Brar was released on bail set at $750,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on March 25.

Authorities emphasized that the case remains under investigation. As with all criminal proceedings, the charges are allegations, and the accused is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
