BY JYOTHSNA HEGDE

Atlanta, GA, December 25, 2024: Indian American community leader Kartik Bhatt has been named Deputy Political Director of the Veterans for America First (VFAF), Georgia State Chapter. The announcement was made by Jared Craig, the President of VFAF Georgia.

Bhatt, a legal immigrant and an active figure in political advocacy, is also an honorary Sheriff’s Deputy, a National Representative for Indians for Trump, and a member of the Trump campaign’s Hindu Coalition. His new role reflects his commitment to engaging the Indian American community and advancing VFAF’s mission in Georgia.

In his capacity as Deputy Political Director, Bhatt recently met with Tom Homan, a former border czar under the Trump administration and a longstanding member of the VFAF advisory board. Homan, known for his work on border security, has been a vocal advocate for addressing the immigration crisis, including his contributions to the documentary Border Invasion – An American Crisis. Directed by Stan Fitzgerald and produced by Jared Craig, the film features firsthand accounts of the border challenges and includes insights from notable figures such as Victor Avila.

Homan’s expertise and Bhatt’s leadership align with VFAF’s focus on strengthening border security, a priority for the organization.
