15 Forsyth County Indian American Teens Arrested for Alleged Kidnapping and Sexual Assault

BY VEENA RAO

Cumming, GA, October 26, 2025: A gang of fifteen Indian American teenage boys from various high schools in Forsyth County has been arrested in connection with the alleged kidnapping and sexual assault of another teenage boy earlier this year, according to a reliable source.

The suspects, all aged between 16 and 17, were taken into custody recently and remained in a jail as of October 24. One of the boys reportedly turned 17 the day after his arrest, while still in custody. Due to their ages and the sensitive nature of the case, authorities have not released their names or the name of the victim.

The alleged incident occurred several months ago, and arrests were made following an investigation. The source confirmed that all or most of the boys are 11th graders at different high schools across the county. The crime reportedly involved the abduction and sexual assault of another minor.

Officials have not issued a public statement, citing the ongoing investigation and legal protections surrounding juvenile cases.

The case highlights the importance of parental awareness, both to prevent victimization and to ensure children do not get drawn into troubling peer activities.

Parents need to keep conversations open, know their children’s friends, and be involved in their online lives.

Experts recommend that parents:

  • Communicate regularly and without judgment.
  • Watch for sudden changes in mood, secrecy, or friend circles.
  • Monitor social media for signs of bullying, exclusion, or risky behavior.
  • Encourage empathy, accountability, and safe ways to report wrongdoing.

Teenagers often seek belonging and validation, and in the absence of healthy channels, can fall prey to destructive dynamics. Encourage proactive engagement through mentorship programs, sports, cultural organizations, or volunteering to channel teenage energy positively.

More details are expected once the court proceedings move forward.
