Vishwa Gujarati Samaj, a non-political International Organization for Gujaratis, will formally launching its USA center, headed by Jaykumar Patel, a noted businessman and community leader, in Atlanta, Georgia on Friday May 27th, 2005.
Telecom wiz Sam Pitroda will be the chief guest at the event.
Vishwa Gujarati Samaj provides a platform for interaction amongst Gujaratis world over, and functions as an umbilical cord between the Gujaratis settled outside Gujarat and the people of Gujarat. It works for the growth, prosperity and progress of Gujaratis settled in different countries of the world and inspires them to cultivate the spirit of brotherhood, cooperation and to promote, preserve Gujarati language, culture, heritage and tradition.
